John Huff has loved music since he was a kid and managed to find Van Halen. What transpired was a lifelong obsession and eventually a career as a drummer. But the path to get there wasn’t a straight line and it involved losing touch with music and finding it again in an unexpected way.
He started The John Huff Podcast as a way of having something of his own he could create when he’s not on the road playing, and he just reached the five year mark for the show and is closing in on 200 episodes. The tagline for the show is, “Good things happen when you put yourself out there” and his episodes are filled with both people who are doing extraordinary things, but also encouraging words and insights in a plainspoken, honest, and thoughtful manner.
